Services

4th Judicial District Recovery Services, Inc. presently provides the following services to our communities:

ALCOHOL AND DRUG ASSESSMENTS for individuals to determine appropriate treatment services needed using an Addiction Severity Index. (ASI)


INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM for individuals suffering from alcohol and substance abuse. Group treatment is intensive and is provided three days a week for a total of 12 hours weekly. Hazelden’s Co-occurring Disorders Program” is used to address co-occurring mental and substance related disorders. Education for addiction and counseling issues about recovery is provided. Clients are introduced to 12 Step recovery programming and are encouraged to work steps of the program. Clients are expected to attend 12 step meetings and self-help meetings as well as submit to random drug screening while in treatment.


BASIC DUI PROGRAM designed for1st offense DUI offenders. This program uses “Prime for Life,” an evidence based prevention and intervention program that helps people learn to reduce their risks of alcohol and drug related problems throughout life. Individuals will be given an Alcohol/Drug Assessment and are required to attend a minimum 12 hour class.


TRANSITIONAL HOUSING for females including pregnant females. Housing is combined with wrap around services to assist individuals in developing stability in their lives. The length of stay can be from six to twelve months.


WOMEN’S RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUP “DAY ONE” located in Sevierville, Tennessee, our partner H.E.A.L. of Sevier County, offers this recovery group for women using the 12 Steps of Recovery along with other Biblical principles.
