Recovery Services also offers other possible payment options if you do not have health insurance:

SPOT is a program designed to pay for alcohol and drug treatment services for an individual with a current non-violent misdemeanor conviction or a non-violent felony conviction where the offender is sentenced to supervised probation and has a past criminal history linked to drug use and/or addiction; or a violation of the Tennessee Drug Control Act and a current non-violent criminal conviction where the offender is sentenced to supervised probation.

ADAT is a program designed to pay for alcohol and drug treatment services for DUI offenders who, based on a current conviction, are ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, treatment, or both, and deemed indigent by the Court. Individuals must have received a DUI 2nd or 3rd offense in the state of Tennessee within the last five years.

TDMHSAS/TDOC is a program funded through an interagency agreement between the Tennessee Department of Corrections and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services created to divert at-risk probation and parole technical violators with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders from returning to state prison. Recipient must be under the supervision of TDOC and at risk for violation, as determined by TDOC.

In addition, Recovery Services provides a modest fee scale for individuals opting to pay by cash.
